Security

A company only gives its knowledge to a system it trusts. This page explains how access works, who owns what, and what we do not claim yet.

Every answer goes through the same verification

Verification happens server-side on every query; it is not decided by the browser or client request.

who you are
→ which company you belong to
→ what that company authorized
→ only then, the answer

Knowledge ownership

  • company memory belongs to the organization
  • one company's knowledge does not feed another's
  • company content does not automatically become personal memory

Minimum necessary access

Access is granted by knowledge area, not as a block. People and agents receive what they need for the work and nothing more.

Credentials do not become knowledge

Passwords, tokens and access keys do not enter company knowledge and are not indexed.

Privacy and telemetry

Operational usage data supports the service and support. Conversation and document content is not treated as standard telemetry.

What we do not claim yet

  • We do not publish certifications we do not have.
  • We do not claim enterprise-grade isolation before the specific audit.
  • We do not promise governance features that do not exist; advanced administration, audit and SSO remain roadmap.
socioIA is in Beta, and that is stated as clearly as everything else.
