How much does Beta cost? — Nothing. Currently available capabilities are free for a limited time; fair-use limits may apply.

Is everything shown on the site available? — No. Some capabilities are roadmap, and pages explicitly distinguish available, in-development and planned items.

What happens when Beta ends? — A reduced free plan remains; paid plans separate depth, continuity, automation, governance and service.

About data

Does socioIA read everything? — No. It only reads sources the company explicitly connected.

Is my company's knowledge used by others? — No. Knowledge belongs to the organization and does not feed another company's context.

Do you read our conversations? — Conversation and document content is not treated as standard telemetry.

Do you have security certifications? — We do not publish any yet; when one exists, scope and date will be stated.

About plans

Can I buy a paid plan already? — Not yet. Essencial, Business and Enterprise are published to communicate the commercial model, without active purchase.

Are €29 and €79 final? — They are indicative future prices and will be validated before any charge.

Is pricing per user? — No. Planned pricing is per company; user count is part of plan scope.
