Company memory

Company memory is your company's knowledge organized in one place with ownership, origin and authorization. It allows every answer to start from real business context rather than assumption.

What it stores

  • documents and materials produced by the company
  • decisions and their rationale
  • research performed by socioIA
  • learnings from day-to-day work

What it does not store

Passwords, tokens and access keys do not enter company knowledge and are not indexed. They belong to infrastructure.

If a document contains credentials, remove them before connecting the source.

Authorized sources

Nothing enters by accident. Every source is connected through an explicit company decision, and onboarding mapping does not connect anything by itself.

Decisions have validity

A company decision does not become permanent truth through repetition. Memory preserves rationale, authority and validity period and allows review when context changes.

Ownership

Company memory belongs to the organization. One company's knowledge does not feed another's and company content does not automatically become personal memory.
