Getting started
Starting with socioIA is not about installing or configuring. It is about introducing the company. In a few minutes you move from signup to a first read of the business.
During Beta, access is free and all currently available capabilities are unlocked.
1. Create the account
Create the account with basic information. There is no charge during Beta and no paid plan is available for purchase.
2. Complete onboarding
- what we should call you
- which company we will understand together
- what the company does
- which product or service best represents it today
- who usually buys it
- where you sell or want to compete
- how the company is structured
- what needs attention now
- where company knowledge lives
- where socioIA should start
- where you want important updates
Mapping where knowledge lives does not connect anything. Every source requires separate explicit authorization.
3. Preparation
After the questions, socioIA organizes what you shared, structures initial context, prepares the first mission and researches relevant information with visible progress.
4. First insight
This first read uses what you declared and gets more precise as sources are connected and research is performed.
- What I understand so far — the company synthesis and what matters now.
- One observation — something that can already be noticed.
- The next action — where to start, linked to the mission you chose.
5. Continue in the workspace
From the first insight you continue into the work environment, where socioIA is already contextualized.
What you do not need to do
- choose AI models
- configure keys, endpoints or technical integrations
- build a workspace from scratch
- complete a long company form
